THE ASSIGNMENT
The Miggy character was based on an existing Migros design. It had been used in various Migros marketing campaigns. We were tasked with redesigning and rebuilding the character, preparing it for the future, and producing animations and still images to support their regular sales promotions.
OUR ROLE
Production: — Client contact person for all production and financial needs — Define, budget, plan, and schedule all milestones/reviews with the client — Find and book volunteers / plan resources — Clear communication between all stakeholders and staff — Manage the team from design to final delivery — Handle client reviews, approvals, and deliveries — Invoicing, collecting final assets, approved credit lists, and live portfolio data
